Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager with a background in computer science or software development to lead and oversee technology-driven projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing timelines, ensuring technical feasibility, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software and IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure technical requirements are well understood and implemented.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Apply Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Software Development Lead.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
