Technical Project Manager

About US:

Rockville Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our technology products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing product lifecycles, especially within the Fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product development efforts across engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
• Define project scopes, create detailed timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor deliverables.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates through clear reports and documentation.
• Support quality assurance activities, including test planning and issue tracking to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and inform product strategy.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to manage expectations and share updates.
• Assist in preparing user manuals, training content, and product marketing materials.
• Provide internal and client training on product functionality, features, and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, TFS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proven ability to prepare compelling business cases and write technical/commercial proposals.
• Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, or Draw.io) to support early stage product design.
