We at Coforge are hiring We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with proven experience in airport operations and application development . The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance airport efficiency, passenger experience, and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of airport technology projects, including passenger processing systems, baggage handling, and airside applications.
• Manage application development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with airport stakeholders, airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee integration of applications with existing airport systems (e.g., AODB, FIDS, BHS, CUTE/CUPPS).
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards (IATA, ICAO) and cybersecurity protocols.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party development teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
• 3+ years of experience in airport technology or aviation domain.
• Strong background in application development (web/mobile/cloud).
• Familiarity with airport systems: AODB, FIDS, BHS, RMS, CUTE/CUPPS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
