Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with SprintX’s quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical understanding to manage developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple software projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
• Manage timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and project reporting using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
• Experience with project management tools
• Leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of MERN Stack or Web Development workflows.
• Experience working in a software house or IT service-based company.
• Knowledge of client handling and requirement gathering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
