We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead complex software projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product owners.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or SDLC project methodologies.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Prepare project documentation including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications.
• Monitor resource allocation, budget utilization, and project performance metrics.
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software project management or technical project coordination.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Technical background with ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and development workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with distributed/remote teams.

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs145,000.00 per month
