About the Role

Botmer International is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong delivery mindset to take full ownership of software project execution. This role requires someone who can independently drive projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, proactively manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly structured, proactive, and confident working with senior engineers and stakeholders, acting as the single point of coordination for the entire delivery lifecycle.

Experience & Seniority

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
• Proven experience coordinating technical teams, including:
• Frontend
• Backend
• DevOps
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with senior engineers and leadership
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, timelines, and execution
• Plan, track, and manage project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication
• Coordinate effectively between engineering, product, QA, and stakeholders
• Ensure clear requirements, priorities, and expectations at all times
• Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Drive regular sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
• Remove blockers and escalate issues appropriately to keep delivery on track
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously
• Confidence in working independently without micromanagement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
