Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensures timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver software and technical projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
• Create project timelines, milestones, and documentation
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups and status reporting
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management (technical/software projects)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with development teams (web, mobile, or SaaS)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Technical background (development, QA, or engineering)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (a plus, not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
