Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager who can oversee and manage all ongoing development projects while maintaining direct communication with clients. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of coding concepts, the ability to guide the development team, and strong familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and able to deliver outcomes within a limited budget environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple technical projects simultaneously from planning to delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and address concerns.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for developers and designers.
• Ensure smooth workflow between development, design, and leadership teams.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide technical insights and support without needing to code full-time.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI agents, automation tools, project intelligence tools) to streamline project management and documentation.
• Prepare project reports and status updates for the CEO.
• Assist in resource planning and task allocation.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and quality standards across projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical project management or development coordination.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts (no need to be a deep coder).
• Experience working with tech teams (developers, QA, designers).
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use AI tools confidently for workflow, reporting, and task automation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with budget limitations.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Flutter, Laravel, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project coordination.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
• Knowledge of AI agents like Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity.
