Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our mobile application projects. As a product-based company, we build and scale innovative mobile apps, and this role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate will manage the complete app development lifecycle, drive Agile processes, oversee technical decisions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products aligned with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Product Management

• Lead the full mobile app development lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, product roadmaps, and sprint schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple mobile app projects simultaneously.

Agile & Process Implementation

• Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor team velocity and continuously improve development processes.
• Ensure proper documentation of requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Technical Oversight

• Collaborate closely with Android, iOS, Flutter, AI developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions and key technical decisions.
• Oversee code quality standards and ensure best practices.
• Manage testing, bug tracking, and release management processes.
• Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central communication bridge between Developers, Designers, QA, Marketing, and Management.
• Align product releases with marketing and growth strategies.
• Coordinate feature rollouts, app updates, and performance enhancements.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and effective conflict resolution.

Performance & Optimization

• Track and analyze app KPIs such as retention, engagement, crash rates, and performance metrics.
• Work with marketing and product teams to prioritize feature enhancements.
• Evaluate ROI and cost-benefit of new features or technical improvements.
• Support scaling applications and handling high user traffic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in software development and/or project management.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead in mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of Android, iOS, Flutter, backend APIs, and app release cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification (a plus).
• Experience in a product-based mobile app company.
• Knowledge of App Store & Play Store release management.
• Familiarity with ASO and analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, etc.).
• Experience in scaling mobile applications.
