Job Overview
Cybersoft VANTAGE is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a Computer Science background and hands-on QA understanding to manage web and mobile development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from planning to delivery
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project timelines
• Perform manual QA, defect reporting, and quality coordination
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for smooth execution
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements

✔ 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
✔ Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
✔ Hands-on experience in manual QA and defect reporting
✔ Ability to manage projects with QA involvement
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
✔ Professional and confident personality
✔ Experience with Azure DevOps and Asana
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience managing web and mobile application projects
