Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 1–2 years of hands-on development experience in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and track technical projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Understand technical requirements and translate them into clear tasks
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and technical feasibility
• Identify risks and proactively resolve project issues
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups and progress reporting
• Communicate project status clearly to management and clients

Technical Requirements

• 1–2 years of development experience in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Practical experience with React or Angular
• Good understanding of REST APIs, web architecture, and frontend workflows
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and task management tools
• Ability to review code and guide development teams technically

Communication & Soft Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Leadership mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice to Have
