We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital applications, customer portals, and omni-channel platforms across web and mobile channels. The role requires strong technical understanding, delivery governance, and stakeholder management to drive end-to-end implementation of scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital applications, customer portals, and omni-channel platforms from initiation to production rollout.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage delivery across web portals, mobile applications, and digital self-service channels, coordinating integrations with CRM, ERP, BSS/OSS, identity management, and payment platforms.
• Work closely with architects and technical leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and modern engineering practices.
• Oversee delivery of APIs, microservices, middleware, and integration layers, ensuring adherence to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Agile delivery by coordinating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams; monitor sprint progress, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and technology partners while maintaining strong collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams.
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth releases and go-live readiness.
• Ensure adherence to testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and performance testing, and oversee release cycles and production deployments.
Requirements
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in a Technical Project Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering digital platforms, customer portals, or mobile applications in large enterprise environments (telecom or digital transformation programs preferred).
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application architecture, digital experience platforms, API-led integrations, and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with CRM and customer engagement platforms, identity and access management, and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and multi-team delivery management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications are an advantage.
