Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

BitClub Ventures is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team. As a forward-thinking company in the blockchain space, we are committed to driving impactful projects that shape the industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers, engineers, and other team members to ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and tools.

Salary

Hourly rates range from 45 to 85 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
