We’re looking for a Purchasing Engineer (Technical Material) who will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of both high-tech components and outsourced mechanical parts. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process—from supplier selection and contract negotiation to cost analysis and vendor performance management—while contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our robotics systems.
What You’ll Do Day-to-day

Manage procurement and cost analysis for both high-tech components and outsourced mechanical parts

Guide suppliers on cost optimization and ensure quality through on-site process follow-up (painting, cutting, bending, welding, etc.)

Develop and expand the supplier network nationwide (Ankara, Eskişehir, Bursa, İzmit, Tekirdağ, etc.)

Assess technical drawings, materials, and processes for feasibility and quality

Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and service quality

Build strong supplier relationships and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency
What You’ll Bring To Our Team

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering

Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and outsourced production management

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing strategies in technical industries, with expertise in mechanical production processes (cutting, bending, welding, painting, etc.) and the ability to evaluate technical drawings and processes

Proven experience in cost analysis and negotiation

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Experience in overseas material procurement
