Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in domestic hiring to manage sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage end-to-end hiring for IT/technical roles.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Build a pipeline for future hiring needs.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

1–2 years of technical recruitment experience.

Knowledge of IT roles and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong sourcing ability

Time management

Candidate relationship management
