About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT/Tech roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, QA, Cloud Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for technical positions (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding)
- Source candidates through Job portals LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Discord tech communities, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create accurate JDs
- Negotiate offers and close positions within given timelines
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, on a weekly/monthly basis
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 months–1 year of experience as a Technical/IT Recruiter (agency or product company background preferred)
- Proven track record of hiring mid-to-senior level technical talent (Java, Python, React, Node.js, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search
- Good understanding of technical skills, frameworks, tools, and current market trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
