JOB DESCRIPTION

AlphaBOLD is looking to hire Technical Recruiter to lead the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop & implementing talent acquisition strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates. The ideal candidate will be able to track recruitment metrics, engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various job-boards like LinkedIn and Indeed etc.
  • CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates and respective interviewers.
  • Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
  • Being on a constant lookout for talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure alignment and collaboration in hiring decisions
  • Ensure compliance of recruitment procedures within the organization
  • Uphold ethical conduct and maintain confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
    • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in hiring and talent acquisition
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of technical skills and roles is a plus

Requirement:

  • Bachelor / Masters in HRM, Business Management or Social Sciences.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in technical recruitment in the I.T industry.
  • Experience with E2E recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation)
  • Candidate must be professionally well-connected and willing to leverage outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
  • Multi-tasking & go-getter attitude with high work ethics.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • High level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
