Technical Recruiter

ENUM is Hiring

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Technical Recruiter (Female) to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting core HR operations. The ideal candidate will balance talent acquisition responsibilities with employee lifecycle management, ensuring smooth hiring processes and effective HR administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT roles (Developers, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
  • Negotiate offers and support pre-joining and onboarding activities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfer, exit)
  • Maintain employee records and HRMIS data

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Location

Tariq Road Near Dolmen Mall, Karachi.

Timings
Sunday - Thursday (9am-6pm)
