Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who goes beyond traditional hiring. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting for technical and design roles and possesses a solid understanding of core technologies and fundamentals. This role requires ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical and design roles including engineers, AI/ML talent, and designers.

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of technical concepts, stacks, and role fundamentals to effectively screen candidates.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Source top talent from modern and unconventional channels, including:

  • LinkedIn

  • Discord communities

  • GitHub

  • Stack Overflow

  • Social media platforms and niche tech/design groups

• Go the extra mile to identify, engage, and close high-quality candidates.

• Maintain a strong R&D mindset — constantly researching new sourcing strategies, tools, and hiring trends.

• Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and expectations.

• Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.

• Perform effectively under tight deadlines and high hiring pressure.

• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring for technical roles, with a solid grasp of technology basics.

• Hands-on experience working with ATS platforms.

• Ability to source candidates beyond job portals.

• Strong research and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High ownership, self-motivation, and execution-focused attitude.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, OR

• Design-related degree or equivalent professional experience in design hiring
