ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter who will be placed with one of our US based clients. This role is ideal for someone who is confident hiring across Accounting, Bookkeeping, IT, and other technical roles in the US market and is comfortable owning the recruitment process end to end.

You will act as an extension of the client's internal team, managing sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate communication while representing the client's brand professionally.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for accounting, bookkeeping, IT, and other technical roles across the US market
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Review and evaluate resumes to identify and shortlist high-potential candidates aligned with role requirements
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and records within the ATS to ensure data accuracy and visibility
  • Manage candidate communications, including follow-ups, feedback sharing, and interview scheduling
  • Support offer management and onboarding handoff to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Prepare and share weekly recruitment reports and pipeline updates with clients to track progress and hiring metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience supporting US-based companies and hiring needs
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for accounting, bookkeeping, IT, and other technical roles
  • Strong candidate sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and clients
  • Experience collaborating directly with US clients and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through throughout the recruitment lifecycle
