Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical hiring, sourcing top talent, and managing the recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions.

Job Details:

Position: Technical Recruiter

Location: Karachi

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Slightly Flexible)

Experience Required: 3–4 Years Minimum

Salary: Market Competitive + Fuel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes for IT and technical roles.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.

Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and hiring reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and hiring trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
