Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates to meet project and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements from hiring managers for technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Telecom/engineering domain.
  • Strong knowledge of technical job profiles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Hindi (Preferred)
