Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
Qualifications:
- Must have bachelors degree in Business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience of technical hiring for US client.
- Must have experience in Zoho software & Monday.com
- Excellent written and verbal commutation skills
