Technical Recruiter / HR

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Human Resources Executive who takes ownership of responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.
You’ll play a vital role in managing end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and employee operations, while also contributing creatively to the company’s professional presence on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Handle the complete hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Technical Hiring Awareness: Understand essential tech terms (e.g., PHP, Laravel, React, AWS) to effectively evaluate candidates for technical roles.
• Employee Operations: Manage onboarding documentation, HR policies, attendance, and internal coordination with accuracy and ownership.
• Employee Engagement: Support team activities and initiatives that foster collaboration and motivation.
• Bonus (Preferred Skills): Manage the company’s LinkedIn page, create engaging posts, improve visibility, and drive online engagement. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR (preferably within a tech or startup environment).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-initiated individual with strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of technical hiring and modern recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver with ownership and accountability.
