Technical Recruiter / HR Executive

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

We’re looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own end-to-end hiring and close technical positions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Source & headhunt technical talent (LinkedIn, portals, referrals)
  • Screen candidates for technical & cultural fit
  • Coordinate with engineering & management teams
  • Handle salary negotiations & offer closures
  • Maintain hiring pipelines & reports

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of technical recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of software development roles
  • Excellent communication & closing skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines & hiring targets

Must Have:

  • Startup / software house hiring experience
