Technical Recruiter Intern (Female)

We are a dynamic tech company looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to join our recruitement team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in technical recruiting while working alongside an experienced recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, including software developers, QA engineers, and IT specialists.
• Post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Review resumes to match candidates to job descriptions.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide support in recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical roles.
• Basic understanding of technology and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
