We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage and execute the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and presenting top talent for technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define and meet hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed & Rozee and social media to identify top technical talent.
- Collaborate with Technical Managers and the HR Manager to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Stay updated with changing market trends and adapt recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 2+ years of proven IT/Technical recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of technical domains such as MERN stack, React Native, CMS platforms, QA methodologies, and design tools like Figma.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
