Technical Recruitment - Night Shift - Karachi - Inperson

Role Type: In-person (Night Shift) Only.

Required Skills:

Strong fluency in English verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to learn and perform in a demanding environment

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in hiring for technical/IT roles such as Programmer, Developer, Analyst, BA, QA, PM, DBA, DevOps Engineer etc. will be a strong asset

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's from Highly reputable institution

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform searches for qualified IT/Technical candidates according to relevant job criteria, using job databases and internet recruiting resources

Leverage various job portals e.g. Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.

Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency

Conduct phone screening to assess candidate competence

Relevant Experience:

Phone interview/screening

Technical Recruitment/call center

Language: Fluent English

Shift availability: Night Shift

NOTE: Fresh graduates with no experience could also apply. However, prior experience is an asset.
