Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients understand our technical solutions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and managing implementation projects from start to finish. You’ll act as the bridge between our sales, product, and technical teams — ensuring clients achieve success with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure successful software implementation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demos, proposals, and technical support during the pre-sales phase.
  • Coordinate onboarding and technical projects to meet timelines and client expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams — including engineering, support, and product — to align client needs with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client activities, progress reports, and project milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding and sales process for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical sales, client onboarding, or project coordination (SaaS/tech industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
