About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in setting monthly sales goals, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring excellent communication between departments and customers. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team to achieve company targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in setting and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Act as a liaison between the company’s branches, management, and customers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members.
  • Prepare and distribute quotations, sales orders, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product or service information as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support ongoing sales initiatives.
  • Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
  • Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered on time according to customer requirements.
  • Review financial documents such as cash flow statements and general ledgers as needed.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Comply with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and HSE standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • technical sales/project sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • insulation, HVAC products: 1 year (Preferred)
