Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a passionate & energetic Technical Sales Engr for our office in UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales activities, support team goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop lead generation strategies, drive sales growth, and expand market presence to achieve targets.
• Identify target markets, customer profiles, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Create and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Provide feedback on market conditions, customer insights, and product improvements to inform strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical /Electrical)
• 2 to 3 years Sales Experience
• Passionate & Energetic.
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
• UAE Driving License would be a plus
