Job Description

1. Customer Interaction & Requirement Analysis

 Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, meetings).

 Understand customer technical requirements and application needs.

 Recommend the right model or process solution as per requirement.

2. Proposal Preparation & Submission

 Prepare, review, and send proposals/quotations to customers.

 Ensure timely response to all inquiries within agreed timelines.

3. Sales Support & Deal Closure

 Follow up with customers for feedback, clarifications, and negotiations.

 Support in deal closure and order finalization.

 Conduct customer site visits as required to validate requirements.

4. CRM & Documentation

 Maintain and update customer interactions in CRM.

 Ensure proper documentation of proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.

 Provide weekly/monthly MIS reports to management

Candidate Description

Good Technical Skill

Ability to work in a team environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
