Technical Sales Engineer

Role Description

Preparing technical requests for the sales team and sending them to facilitate communication with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.

2. Reviewing and analyzing technical specifications submitted by the sales team and responding to client inquiries to ensure product compatibility with their needs.

3. Supporting the sales team by following up with clients during peak workload periods, depending on availability and resources, to ensure continuous and efficient service delivery.

Authorities:

• Coordinating with internal departments (such as Sales, Technical Support, and Production) to ensure the provision of accurate technical information.

• Preparing and modifying technical documents required for client proposals, ensuring their accuracy and clarity.

• Suggesting improvements to products or sales processes based on customer feedback and market needs.

• Following up on the execution of technical requests and ensuring they meet the required specifications before being sent to clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Technical Support expertise and effective Communication skills
• Experience in sales and ability to meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the plastic piping or industrial sector is a plus
