Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Instrumentation Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial instrumentation, process control systems, and technical sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing expert technical solutions to meet customer needs in industries such as oil & gas, power generation, water treatment, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions or accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the instrumentation and control systems market.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Understand client applications, specifications, and challenges to recommend appropriate instrumentation solutions (e.g., transmitters, sensors, valves, flow meters, control systems, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and tenders in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess instrumentation requirements and system integration possibilities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies in instrumentation and automation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation sales, preferably in industrial or process sectors.
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation products — pressure, temperature, level, flow, analytical instruments, and control valves.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and data sheets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and quotation software.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
