Qualifications & Experience
Ø University degree - Engineering in Electronics or Electromechanical.
Ø Sales background with 3-5 years experience with good contacts with end clients like EWA, BAPCO, ALBA and Bahrain market including contractors for water and waste water projects.
Required Skills
Ø Good command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Ø Strong technical product knowledge of Valves, & Motorized Valve Actuators, Industiral instruments (flow , pressure, level & other ) meters, etc.
Ø Ability to develop and sustain technical product knowledge.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ø Ability to assess client requirements and provide optimal solutions.
Ø Proactive in identifying potential clients and upcoming market requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and contact potential clients to maximize sales, including managing building materials inquiries.
- Identify and secure partnerships with potential suppliers to represent them in Bahrain.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits.
- Identify potential clients and upcoming market requirements.
- Support company initiatives, including launching and marketing new products and services.
Ø Proposal & Contract Management:
- Generate inquiries and prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, including specifications write-up, technical, and commercial presentations of individual products and integrated systems.
- Develop and manage associated cost preparation responsibilities, including building and obtaining factored/sub-supplier costs.
- Evaluate inquiries and coordinate with principal companies for techno-commercial offers.
- Analyze offers to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and other sales terms and conditions on behalf of the company.
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation (pre- and post-contract stages).
Ø Technical Support & Coordination:
- Develop and sustain deep technical product knowledge.
- Explain and demonstrate product features to clients and assist with technical queries.
- Assess client requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Provide market input to manufacturers.
- Coordinate training activities for clients alongside manufacturer representatives.
- Coordinate and supervise activities with other technical and non-technical staff.
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of customer orders as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors for installation execution.
Financial Responsibility
Ø Responsible for the material and equipment under his direct control.

Ø Contacts with General Manager, Procurement Division and other Departments, for co-ordination of work and exchange of information
Ø Clients, Consultants, Sub Contractors, Suppliers and other costumers.
