Technical Sales Engineer – Fire Protection & Insulation

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer specializing in firestopping, fireproofing, and insulation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and providing technical solutions to contractors, consultants, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell firestopping, fireproofing, and insulation products and systems
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred)
  • 4–5 years of experience in technical sales (fire protection or insulation industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of firestopping, fireproofing, and insulation materials
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
