About Minta:

Part of the ElBiali Group (est. 1962), Minta for Trade & Agencies is a leading Egyptian supplier of industrial piping, valves, fittings, drainage systems, fire protection equipment, and specialty metals — serving construction, infrastructure, water/sewage, HVAC, and energy sectors.

The Role:

We need a Technical Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to grow our client base and deliver tailored product solutions across multiple industries.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners

• Present and recommend piping, valve, and drainage solutions based on project specs

• Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and close deals

• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities

What You Bring:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering (or related)

• 2–3 years in technical/industrial sales (piping, HVAC, plumbing, construction materials, or similar)

• Strong understanding of industrial product standards

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
