Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior construction sector across KSA.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share for fit-out solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, project identification, specification, tendering, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Promote company fit-out capabilities to developers, contractors, and project owners.
Technical Specification & Client Engagement
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to secure product and system specifications in project design stages.
- Provide technical solutions, BOQ support, material submittals, and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct technical presentations, mock-up demonstrations, and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the fit-out and construction ecosystem.
Project Tracking & Coordination
- Identify and track upcoming fit-out projects, interior packages, and refurbishment works.
- Ensure company products and solutions are approved at design, tender, and execution stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, and project execution) to ensure smooth delivery and installation support.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity within the fit-out, interior contracting, and finishing market.
- Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming projects.
- Recommend sales strategies, pricing approaches, and market penetration plans for fit-out solutions.
- Provide regular feedback to management on product positioning and client requirements.
Tendering & Commercial Support
- Support preparation of technical submittals, compliance sheets, and tender documents.
- Assist in cost estimation and value engineering proposals for fit-out projects.
- Participate in contract negotiations to ensure profitable project awards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in technical sales within fit-out, interior contracting, or construction finishing sector in KSA/GCC.
- Strong experience in specification sales, consultant approvals, and contractor engagement.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in fit-out or construction-related products/services.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred or mandatory depending on role level.
- Valid Saudi driving license required.

Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across KSA for project and client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred).
- Familiarity with international fit-out standards, specifications, and approvals process.

Pay: ﷼16,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
