Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial or electrical product sales, preferably in electrical panels, automation, or related engineering solutions. The role involves generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical panels, automation, and engineering product sectors.
  • Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Follow up with clients for order closures and post-sales coordination.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and client interaction records in CRM or internal systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the electrical domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales (preferably electrical panels or engineering products).
  • Good understanding of LT/HT electrical panels, PCC, MCC, VFD, APFC, or automation products is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,676.94 - ₹20,000.00 per month
