Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Executive with expertise in Electrical Systems, Industrial Automation, Siemens-based solutions, and AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through project acquisition and achieving sales targets across automation, AI, and distribution product lines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across electrical, automation, AI, and IT sectors.

2. Achieve sales and project acquisition targets for: Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, and drive systems; AI-driven industrial and business solutions; and distribution product portfolio.

3. Actively pursue and convert leads into electrical automation and AI-related projects.

4. Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions.

5. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

7. Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements :

1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or IT Engineering.

2. 2–10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation or electrical products.

3. Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and AI-based solutions.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Siemens automation products and projects, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Drives.
