Technical Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow our marine spare parts sales operations. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the marine industry, focusing on spare parts.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the marine spare parts sector.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Technical Sales Manager in marine spare parts
• Strong leadership and sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Technical knowledge of marine spare parts and systems
• More prefer for immediate joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
