Job Description: Technical Sales Manager

Golden Egret Carbide Germany GmbH (GESAC Deutschland) is the sales subsidiary of XIAMEN GOLDEN EGRET SPECIAL ALLOY CO., LTD. (GESAC). Founded in June 2014 in Frankfurt, the registered address is Gaugrafenstraße 24f, 60489 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. GESAC Deutschland has branches and warehouses in Central Europe to provide fast deliveries and customer service to European clients. GESAC Deutschland focuses on supplying the market with carbide rods and other carbide products. Main customers include companies that manufacture cutting tools for the automotive, aerospace, mold making, and other industries.

Xiamen Golden Egret Special Alloy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GESAC"), founded in 1989, is a core member of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. The company maintains a fully integrated production chain encompassing tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder, cemented carbide, and cutting tools. It is a world-renowned supplier and exporter of tungsten and tungsten carbide powders, as well as a premier manufacturer and service provider of high-quality cemented carbide and precision tools. In 2024, GESAC achieved a revenue of approximately €633.8 million (a year-on-year increase of 10.56%) and a net profit of €59.5 million. GESAC operates two subsidiaries in Germany: Golden Egret Carbide Germany GmbH (GESAC Deutschland,Established in 2014) and the newly acquired, wholly-owned subsidiary Mimatic GmbH. This Finance Manager position will oversee the overall financial operations of Mimatic GmbH.

Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. (XTC), established in 1958, is a publicly-traded company listed in Mainland China, Employing nearly 18,000 people worldwide. XTC’s business covers tungsten, molybdenum, rare earth, new energy material, real estate etc. After thirty-year’s development, the company has established a complete chain of tungsten industry ranging from tungsten mining, smelting, downstream processing to tungsten secondary resource recovery. In recent years, the company has demonstrated steady growth in deep-processing tungsten sectors—such as cutting tools, wear-resistant components, and mining tools—while achieving rapid advancements in rare earth magnetic materials, phosphors, and lithium battery materials. In 2024, the group’s revenue exceeded €4.51 billion, with a net profit of €221.5 million.

I. Key Responsibilities:

1. End-User Development & Distributor Enablement

  • Develop and expand end-user engagement in whole Turkey through technical support and application activities.
  • Work closely with existing distributors by supporting end-user visits, machining trials, and technical presentations.
  • Empower distributors by improving their technical capability, helping them convert trials into stable and long-term business.

2. Customer Service & Solutions

  • Provide comprehensive customer support, managing inquiries and collecting feedback.
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend competitive product alternatives.
  • Develop customized machining solutions for end-users.

3. Product Testing & Order Management

  • Coordinate and oversee customer product testing processes.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team by conveying test results to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of orders from initiation to delivery.

4. Reporting & Strategic Advisory

  • Submit reports periodically detailing progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Offer constructive feedback and strategic recommendations to support company growth.

5. After-Sales Support

  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient after-sales service.

6. New Distributor Developing

  • Developing distributor channels in accordance with the headquarters' strategic requirements and adapt to the company's long-term development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated professional experience in sales or technical roles within the Cutting Tools or Machining Industry.
  • Professional working proficiency (native or equivalent fluency) in German is mandatory. Business fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required for effective communication with international teams.
  • Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Germany.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior professional experience with a major, internationally recognized cutting tool manufacturer.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of CNC Machine Programming or advanced machining processes.
  • Established professional network and proven track record of project collaboration with large local manufacturers in the German market.

Pay: 3,000,000.00TRY - 3,500,000.00TRY per year
