Technical Sales Manager (BDM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager with strong experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, facade, or construction-related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors
• Promote company services related to steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, erection, and engineering solutions
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
• Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare technical sales proposals
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and production teams for project execution
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain client database and update CRM reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3–8 years experience in technical sales or business development
• Experience in Steel Fabrication / PEB / Structural Steel / Facade / Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project sales and technical proposals
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQ
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• GCC experience preferred
• Valid driving license preferred
