Position Overview
As a Technical Sales Manager for Doors, Hardware, and Joinery solutions at UNICO MEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the doors, hardware, and joinery sectors. In this role, you will work closely with the production, project management, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the doors, hardware, and joinery sectors.
· Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine the sales approach and adjust product offerings as necessary.
· Prepare sales forecasts and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
· Provide expert advice on product selection, customization, and solutions to meet specific project requirements.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
· Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience within the doors, hardware, or joinery industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
· Strong understanding of the technical aspects of doors, hardware, and joinery solutions.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
