Technical Sales Manager - Mechanical / Industrial

Job Title: Technical Segment Sales Manager

Location: Lahore

Education: B.E. Mechanical (Mandatory), MBA (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial / engineering products with a proven track record

Travel: Extensive domestic travel is required

Salary & Other Benefits:

  • Salary Range: PKR 220,000 – 270,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales growth across assigned segments (direct & indirect sales)
  • Achieve sales targets, margins, and business objectives
  • Manage and grow key customer and distributor relationships
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts
  • Identify new business opportunities through regular customer engagement
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and timely collections
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and EHS standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs270,000.00 per month
