Technical Sales Specialist (Outbound / Remote)

We are seeking a high-energy Technical Sales Specialist who thrives on the "thrill of the hunt." This isn’t a role for someone waiting for the phone to ring—we are looking for a proactive professional who excels at social selling, mastering discovery calls, and winning the room at major industry trade shows.

What You’ll Do

  • Master Social Selling: Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify key decision-makers, build rapport, and turn "cold" connections into warm opportunities.
  • Lead the Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and align our security and operational solutions with their business goals.
  • Hit the Road: Represent the brand at national industry trade shows, conventions, and networking events. You’ll be the face of the company, turning brief booth visits into long-term contracts.
  • Close the Gap: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from that first social media touchpoint to final contract negotiations and technical handoff.
  • Own the Proposal: Lead the technical response for RFPs and tenders, coordinating with our internal engineering teams to ensure our bids are both accurate and winning.

Who You Are

  • A Proven Hunter: You have a track record of hitting outbound activity KPIs and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send that first message.
  • Tech-Savvy: You can talk shop. You understand complex software integrations and security systems and can explain them to both CEOs and IT Managers.
  • A Natural Connector: You excel in face-to-face networking environments and can navigate high-energy trade shows with ease.
  • Self-Disciplined: You love the freedom of remote work but have the internal drive to manage your pipeline without someone looking over your shoulder.
  • CRM Pro: You understand that if it’s not in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.), it didn’t happen.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or technical sales.
  • Proven experience with Social Selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Strong background in conducting Discovery Calls and technical demonstrations.
  • Willingness to travel for industry trade shows and events as required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
