Technical Sales Support Engineer

Our business partner operating in the cable and wiring systems industry is seeking a “Technical Sales Support Engineer”.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Good command of English

• Ability to use hand tools in the field

• Having a class B driver's license and being able to drive actively

• No travel restrictions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performing mechanical commissioning of machines sold both domestically and internationally

• Conducting installation checks, testing and optimization of machines at customer sites

• Providing comprehensive training to customers and ensuring smooth handover of the machines

• Delivering on-site technical service and support when needed

• Follow-up and reporting of project processes
