Location: India (Work from home)
Department: Customer Technical Services – Technical Support

We’re looking for a Technical Service Project Manager to lead engineering service projects from start to finish. This role combines project management and technical support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close engineering service projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Track project scope, timelines, costs, and risks.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot equipment/software issues.
• Manage upgrades, maintenance, and performance of Power Quality Meters & related software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in technical project management.
• Knowledge of power quality meters, power systems, and related software.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Basecamp, etc.).
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
