General Qualifications:

Graduated from relevant university departments (Engineering), preferably with a master’s degree

Preferably experienced in the food & beverage or hospitality sector
-
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field

Knowledge and experience in technical documentation, selection and costing of machinery, equipment and tools, architectural project management, infrastructure and construction works, monitoring and coordination of technical operations, maintenance and repair, restoration-construction-project management

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Proficient in MS Office programs
Job Description:
-
Regular visits to branches.
-
Creating an annual periodic maintenance master plan for branches, monitoring and verifying that it is carried out according to the schedule and required standards, and approving it.

Preparing calibration plans for branch equipment, monitoring and verifying that calibrations are performed, and approving them.

Managing and monitoring agreements with subcontractor companies for branches.
-
Tracking the performance of field technical chiefs through the MIS system.
-
Working in coordination with the Sustainability and Quality Department in line with sustainability initiatives and striving to achieve their goals.

Collaborating with branches to reduce energy costs, setting targets for branches.
-
After verification measurements and inspections in branches, approving the replacement of equipment that does not meet required measurement values through the system, informing the relevant department, requesting new equipment if needed, and approving raised requests.

Making the final decision on which company to work with based on price research, considering the price-quality balance and tender budget.

Conducting on-site inspections for new openings or units undergoing renovation and reporting opinions and suggestions to relevant departments.

Allocating costs of technical services expenditures to relevant departments.

Approving repair processes and managing communication with branches or departments regarding these processes.

Collecting and checking monthly reports of electricity, LPG, and water meter readings from branches, requesting explanations for increases or decreases, and reporting to headquarters.

Providing necessary information and support to auditors during branch inspections, initiating corrective actions for identified nonconformities and recommendations, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.

Preparing performance data, nonconformities, corrective actions, improvement suggestions, internal and external audit results, and resource needs for management review meetings; ensuring implementation and completion of decisions; sharing results with employees; contributing to system performance improvement and strengthening the culture of continuous improvement.

Ensuring maintenance plans are prepared, implemented, and monitored.

Preparing the first-year maintenance plan for newly opened businesses.

Reviewing equipment purchases and ensuring they are carried out in the most efficient way.
