Technical Store Officer/Executive

Education and Relevant Experience: Masters / Bachelor's or Diploma of Associate Engineer. 2-3 years of FMCG experience preferred.

Inventory Management

- Overall plant machinery spares management through SAP and new machinery parts arrangement.

- Follow up on PR and PO with procurement and PR creation of overall department.

- REVEX, CAPEX, MRP GRN posting of overall plant EBM.

- Creation of gate pass of materials.

- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

- Initiate coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

- Code opening of new equipment’s spares.

Budgeting and Audit

- Communicate with other departments regarding budgeting errors and posting issues.

- Conducting Quarterly and Annual audit of store inventory.
